Recensione: SOPHIE ELLIS BEXTOR – The Song Diaries

Sophie Ellis-Bextor torna con “The Song Diaries”,  greatest hits orchestrale che racchiude i maggiori brani di successo della regina del dancefloor rivisitati in chiave orchestrale.

Anticipato dai singoli “Take Me Home” e “Murder On The Dancefloor (orchestral)”, il nuovo lavoro segue le pubblicazioni dei precedenti “Familia” e ‘Wanderlust’, dischi  che lasciavano trapelare la nuova direzione artistica intrapresa dalla cantautrice britannica.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor affascina, oltre che fisicamente anche per la versatilità e la talentuosità che riesce ad immettere nelle sue interpretazioni. Sempre eleganti, sia in versione dance sia in versione orchestrale. 

Forse questa suo fascino innato permette alla regina del dancefloor di trovare un nuovo trono e regnare, alla grande, tra orchestrali diventando interprete sognante che ben ondeggia tra archi, percussioni e fiati. 

Fasciniosa!
