La saga di “After Hours” (il suo ultimo album – Leggi la recensione) inizia con il video di “Heartless” dove ci sono i viaggi e le feste di Weeknd a Las Vegas per poi trovarsi insanguinato in “Blinding Lights”, decapitato “In Your Eyes” e per poi risorgere in “Too Late” con la sua testa che è riattaccata al corpo di un altro. Ora, il video “Save Your Tears” rivela i risultati di alcuni interventi di chirurgia ricostruttiva.
